You must use Sendable for lawful, permission-based messaging. Prohibited activity includes spam, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, illegal activity, and prohibited sexual content, including conduct that violates processor or platform policies, including Paddle requirements.

You are responsible for securing credentials, API keys, and endpoint secrets associated with your account.

Billing is subscription-based according to your active sessions and selected plan. Charges, renewals, and cancellations follow the pricing terms shown in your dashboard.

Availability may vary based on third-party platform conditions and network environments. Sendable provides tools and controls, but you remain responsible for your implementation behavior.
