City selection

City must be selected before creating a session. This determines the residential proxy configuration and IP location used for the WhatsApp connection.

Important: City selection is permanent. Once a session is created, the city cannot be changed. To use a different city, create a new session.

Available cities

Sendable supports 164 cities worldwide across 6 continents for proxy configuration. This includes major cities in:

• Asia: Jakarta, Bangkok, Singapore, Tokyo, Mumbai, Manila
• Europe: London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, Rome
• Americas: New York, Los Angeles, São Paulo, Mexico City, Toronto
• Africa: Lagos, Johannesburg, Cairo, Nairobi
• Oceania: Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland

Why city matters

The selected city determines:

• Residential IP location - The session connects through a proxy in the chosen city
• Connection consistency - Traffic patterns align with the geographic region
• Trust signals - Using region-appropriate IPs can reduce filtering risk

How it works

When you create a session:

1. You select a city from the dropdown (100+ options available)
2. Sendable automatically provisions a residential proxy for that city
3. The WhatsApp connection routes through the city-specific proxy
4. All traffic from that session uses the city's IP location

Monitoring by city

Track these metrics for each city session:

• Connection stability
• Message delivery rate
• Session disconnect frequency

If a specific city shows persistent issues, consider creating a new session in that city or using an alternative city.
